Ovulation calendar
In a regular 28-day cycle, ovulation occurs on the 14th day, and may be between 10 and 16. To find out when it occurs in our body, we must subtract 14 (number of days that the luteal phase lasts). to the whole of our cycle. That is, if, for example, our menstrual cycle lasts 26 days, we would subtract those 14, leaving 12, the day on which ovulation will occur.
